MK3 USB Dead
Hello all,
I've been printing from Octoprint on a Raspberry PI 3 for many months now with no issues. I upgraded to the latest firmware (3.5.2) this past weekend and now the USB port seems to be completely dead. I cannot connect to flash an older firmware. I've submitted an email to support but have yet to hear back. Any advice for troubleshooting?

have you tried a full factory reset after the upgrade?

Good point; I have not. I'll be trying that next.
