New Hotend!?!?

my print failed and pla completely covered my hotend, as i proceeded to clean it i was starting to get frustrated and broke the wire off from the side and its stillso covered in plastic that i cnt even solder it. So now i would like to know are there any hotends now that would be considered an upgrade and if not where can i find the original i was on e3d website and i dont even know if its direct drive or bowden i di upgrade to mk 2.5 any help is greatly appreciated!!

You want the Prusa version of the E3D Mk3 hotend. The Prusa version includes a different 49W heater cartridge and longer cables for the thermistor and heater cartridge, as well as the much-maligned 2.2-2.0mm stepped heatbreak.

If you are in the US, you can order the full Prusa hotend from PrintedSolid and Filastruder.

Mk3 hotebd I don't think will work on mine it's 12v vs 24v and would you be able to link it for me?

Ah sorry, missed that you have a Mk2. I have seen 12V E3D hotend kits but honestly didn't pay attention with the other resellers. You might try contacting Filastruder and PrintedSolid directly. Even if they don't normally stock the part you need, they are both companies very active in the 3D printing community and may be able to help you out. I believe you still want a Prusa version.

Yes definitely would like a prusa version or even if there are any better hotends out there that would be awesome too
