Unable to remove heatbed cables from RAMBo board

In the instructions it says to unplug both the connectros from the RAMBo board, I've located and unpluged one but the other cable is soldered on the board, you can see it in the photo. Did anyone experienced this?

Your board should have connectors there, as shown in the documentation. https://help.prusa3d.com/article/hjaZkjK6tp-mk-2-mk-2-s-electronics-wiring

Are you sure you have an original Prusa or did you get a clone? If the latter, you will need to get support from them... looks like whoever made that board cheaped out on connectors to save a few bucks.

Is the printer second hand?

The connector plugs sometimes melt and one option is to solder the wires directly to the back of the board...

@selejanlau

That looks a lot like a cloned board (!?). Why do you want to remove the cables?
