Vertical 2 mm Thick Panel Breaks

I have designed a case for electronic equipment and the vertical panel breaks and has several levels where it has a weak horizontal line. (see attached Pictures) When I print it on my anycubic I3 Mega using the same filament, it come out solid. can anyone give me some pointers as to what I am doing wrong. I use Simplify3D - the panel thickness is 2 mm - The infill is 25% - my Nozzle Temperature is 205 Degrees.

Re: Vertical 2 mm Thick Panel Breaks

I'm new and don't even have my first printer "getting the MK3" so take my comments with a grain of salt. It looks like a layer shift issue from what I've read and learned about.
I'm thinking a Layer Shift Issue. From your closeup I see the main break, but also 4-5 possible splits or weak points. If you search the forum I'm sure you'll find some examples and the experts should chime in soon.
Is that a vertical wall? At first I was thinking it was printed flat, then I saw the base through the holes. It puzzled me why you would get that type of behavior with a horizontal project once I realized the orientation.
