Small flaw in otherwise perfect print

Dear fellow printers,

Please have a look at the attached image: Where could that flaw come from?

Thanks

Was it the first layer or last layer? I guess you might need to print again and watch it fail again to get a better idea.

Thank you, that's a good idea. It was the first layer.

My guess is that it was bad adhesion, but I could not explain that, since the bed has no damages around that region and I clean it before every print. On top of that I have more problems with too much stickyness than the other way around.

This can also happen if some debris sticks on the nozzle while printing the first layer.

Could also be a warped bed you need to fix using Bed Level Correct or Hyperfine Bed Leveling. On the left side in your picture your first layer looks perfect and then gets progressively worse (gaps between lines and infill not fully meeting the perimeter lines). With the nozzle too far away from the bed the filament won't adhere and the filament lines get dragged when the nozzle turns.
