Feature suggestion: print and store to SD card via USB
I currently do test prints via USB during development, and store final production files on SD card. I might change my workflow, but that's it for now. I'd like to have an option in the firmware to store the print to SD card while printing (say, to "temp.gcode", overwriting the previous) and have a command to rename the temp to real name of the part, when the test print turns out to be the final version.
