Mk2S with MMU won't print at all? Firmware 3.1.0

Just upgraded my Original Prusa i3 MK2S with the Multi Material Upgrade, and now it won't print from the SD card at all

I am running
-Firmware v 3.1.0
-Slic3r Prusa Edition v 1.37.2 (on a Mac)
-Drivers (config bundle) v 1.9.2 (included with the 2.0.0 driver download)

-prior to the MM upgrade, the printer worked flawlessly for months
-after upgrading, was able to get through the calibration wizard without issue. Printed the first layer calibration great from the gcode contained within the firmware
-now, I cannot get the printer to produce the "Prusa" model at all (wanted for further first layer calibration.. but I haven't tried other models yet). The printer simply heats up, cycles through the 9 embedded sensors, returns to home, and the SD printed % number on the LCD screen cycles from %1-%100 in about 20 seconds, with no printer action at all. After that, the hot end & bed cool down like it should after a print, but no printing happened.

I have tried
-printing the gcode included with the v 2.0.0 drivers download in the "Mk2MMSingleMode" folder
-generating my own gcode using Slic3r from the Prusa.stl file using "Original Prusa i3 MK2 MM Single Mode" settings
-generating my own gcode using Slic3r from the Prusa.stl file using "Original Prusa i3 MK2 MultiMaterial" settings and only one filament

What gives? Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Just guessing, but I am guessing you installed the firmware for the MK2, not the MMU version.

Thanks for the response.. I couldn't remember for sure so I double checked and don't think that is my issue. See the below image from my printer. Also, I am presented with the options to load multiple filaments in the menu.

Still not working..

Yup. Not that. Sorry.

Can't think of anything else but will stew on it.

Try a "factory reset". Sometime the machine keeps things in memory that create problems. A "factory reset" should remove that.

Thanks aaron.s5.. that did the trick.

I performed a factory reset:

re-did the calibration, & first layer adjust.. then everything worked as it should.

Problem solved!
