Pruament fails me bad

I bought a roll of Prusament Azure Blue PLA back in 2019 because I wanted some pristine looking prints, but that was not the case. It was shit back then, and it has not aged well either - I could argue it's almost better today, but as you can see below - it's not good.

How can I print with eSun PLA+ and get pretty good results, and then go to Prusament and get this garbage?
I even tried raising the temperature to 240 to see if that was the issue, but still - poop.

Doesn't matter if I print with 200 or 240 - it is clogged, and must be heat to 260-280 to not be.
Any chance it's actually not PLA?

It almost looks like the print head stopped extruding.   I use this filament and get great prints from it.  I have only gotten prints that look like your middle picture when the print head temp gets too high (enclosure door closed, etc) and the gears lose grip on it.  Any chance you hear clicking sounds as that middle print started to drop in temperature going up that tower?
