Selftest Left Fan Wiring Error

After months of normal operation, I am getting a Selftest error regarding the left fan wiring.

The fan works.  I put 5VDC to it and it spins.

Without the fan plugged in there is 5 VDC across the pins on the board, but as soon as I plug in the fan this drops to less than 1 VDC, and I again get the error message.

Any idea why the power would drop on load but not on open circuit?  What's going on?

RE: Selftest Left Fan Wiring Error

Did you ever figure out a fix for this? This started happening to me so i started the test after i pre-heated it and it would get past that part of the test. Then it'd fail on testing the Bed/Heater Wiring error. Not sure where to go from here, the wiring is fine, i can actually still print with the thing i believe it just really bugs me that it doesn't pass this test.
