Printer Losing Y Position

Hi all,

I have been using my i3 Mk2 for years and have recently come across this issue with several prints. The print starts fine but gradually loses it's Y-axis position and the layers separate and then progresses until it prints spaghetti.

I have tried flashing the firmware, checking the hardware on all axis, regenerating gcode, using different models. All to no avail, I am totally lost.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this, as my printer is useless at the moment.

See below for a glorious mess.Cheers,

Sam

Sorry, I meant the issue is with the Z-axis, not Y.
