Filament Jam / under extrusions - please help to diagnose the issue

Hi All,

I have been using my printer for a couple of years with no issues - is was originally a Mk2 then upgraded to the s and now a 2.5.  Just recently I had a clogged hotted that I could only fix by taking the hotend out and I found filament jammed in the heat break that I had to remove mechanically.  The printer will print 5-10mm height and then the print would degrade and go blobby and show under extrusion - it is still doing this and I cannot get a 2.5 hour Extruder PETG print to complete whereas previously it was printing larger 12+ hour prints without issue.

I can't work out what the issue is - I have done my first ever cold pulls (see photos) and I have attached some images.  I think it could be a heating problem and being lazy have been using the default Prusa profiles for PETG which did work.  I have now been dialling down the temperature for the PETG with nozzle at 200-210 and bed at 60-70.  The printer is in an enclosure and I am now printing with the front fully open.  The print is progressing further but still fails in the same way which is really frustrating.

Any ideas what could be happening and what else could I try??

Thanks, James
