Cannot unload filament after failed print
After a number of failed prints we tried to clear the nozzle with an acupuncture needle and clear any debris around the loading gear. Said debris was cleared and the nozzle extruded a bunch of built up filament, however another print has failed and the consistency is very webby and flimsy. What could the problem be?

What filament is this? It looks very damp; try drying it (several threads on here), get back to us if it doesn't help.
