Calibration Fail
I built my kit MK2S and used it for a month or so without any problem.
Then I moved the printer to put it into an IKEA housing. Big mistake.
I have not been able to successfully calibrate since. The printer passes the 4 step calibration, but when it goes to the 9 step , the nozzle ends up embedded in the print bed. I have tried disassembling and re-assembling without any success.
I have moved the PINDA sensor up and down. No luck.
Everything seems to be tight and moving freely. i have no idea how to remedy.
Suggestions or further info required?

When you moved the printer, did you by chance lift it by the extruder?

No, I always lifted by the frame.
I have now managed to get through the XYZ calibration, but the nozzle is too far from the print bed. When I try the first layer calibration, there is about 0.5 mm (or even as much as 1 mm) gap between the nozzle and the bed. Does that mean the PINDA is now too low?

It's a trade off: Prusa says the first layer cal should require a value -0.500 and -1.000 ... so the observed 1 mm gap sounds about right; and doing a first layer cal should bring it in to the desired 0.2 mm ...

I think the PINDA sensor is very sensitive and can require some fine tuning. I guess I was lucky first time around.
