Underextrusion after Extruder upgrade
Hi!
I upgraded my MK2 Extruder to the bondtech gear version but since then i have problems with under extrusion.
Via Pronterface i tried to extrude 100mm filament but i only got 89mm. Short extrusion lenghts are very accurate but the failure increases with longer extrusion.
What am I missing? Is this a mechanical problem or did i flash the wrong firmware?
Every help is welcome I need my printer and I dont want to downgrade back to old extruder.

I would check your Grub screws first.
