Calibration failed. Check axes and run again.

Dear All

Approximately half a year ago, I upgraded i3 MK2 / S to MK2.5. Everything went smoothly and the printer printed well.

About a month ago I upgraded firmware to version 3.7.1. Everything went smoothly again and the printer was still printing well.

Unfortunately, two days ago, the filament stuck and the nozzle clogged.

(Interestingly, the printer did not stop and continued printing without filament movement. Even if the printer contains a filament sensor)
I removed the hotend, cleaned the nozzle and started XYZ calibration.

Unfortunately, it failed.

When the calibration failed …
As instructed, I moved extruder in the z-axis as far as the stop. Put a sheet of paper on the bed. Extruder moved down, but the printer stops approximately 1 mm above the bed and displays

"Calibration failed. Check axes and run again."

What I have done…
1) Self test                              "OK"
2) Calibration Z                    "Calibration failed. Check axes and run again. "
3) XYZ Calibration               "Calibration failed. Check axes and run again. "
4) Mesh bed leveling           The first three points on the X axis (Y = 0)        "OK"
On fourth point - nozzle squeezed the bed       “NG”

I have already spent about 16 hours with various experiments.
(downgrade firmware, factory reset, firmware upgrade again, disassemble and assemble extruder, check belts,
check PINDA by piece of metal,…).
Can somebody please advise me what next I would check or try?

Does anybody knows what does it mean "Calibration failed. Check axes and run again.”?
(For me is message useful as "something has broken – fix it")

Thank you in advance for any help.

RE: Calibration failed. Check axes and run again.

I'm sorry, it was my fault.

I loaded firmware for MK2.5S not for MK2.5 during the last firmware update. After installing the correct firmware, the calibration was done without any problems.

I apologize for the confusion.
