Blown Arduino and Ramps 1.4
I had to replace both due to an electrical short. Now my LCD display is blue and no options to set anything.
I can still connect the printer (cloned Prusa i3 ) but no manual commands working.
Please help to fix it.

You've posted in the section of the forum for the Prusa Mini, you may want to ask in the appropriate section of the forum for your printer, although I'm not sure how much they will be able to provide for a clone.

The printer was sold to me as a Prusa i3 that is why I am posting here.
If you can direct me to a better forum it will be appreciated.

If it has an Arduino & Ramps board it is not an "Original Prusa" Printer, this forum is not for Clone makes of "Prusa" printers. Just search the internet or look on reddit, Eg. https://old.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/new/
