Weird first layer problem
Every once in a while I get this weird problem on a first layer. Bed was clean, did several prints before this with no issues. Filament is overture petg. Settings are prusa slicer default generic petg settings,. 15 quality layer height.
Occasionally I'll get an artifact like this on other layers too but it's not as noticeable.
Is this a dirty nozzle problem?

Might be too low. Raise it +0.010 and see what happens.
