Printed on my Prusa Mini, prints perfect but now tiwce on the end of the ear there is this ... please help

What filament and what tempertaure? I would guess it is printring too hot or not cooling enough.

Might be, that the layer time is too low, if this issue only occurs on small details (the ears, where nothing else is to print). Leaving not enough time to cool off.
Have you increased the minimum layer time under Filament settings->Cooling ?
Standard Prusa Mini FW4.2.1, no enclosure...
