Need help with ninja flex print!

Need help printing this.
The orange part with the artifacts is from my new mini. It is leaving the off layers I guess. The first layer is coming out great. The red part is from my mk3s. I am trying to achieve the same finish. Any help on getting rid of these artifacts on the mini print would be appreciated. I am printing very slow using the same settings as I am on the mk3s. I have tried to slow it down more. I have increased the flow rate some. I have loosened the idlers door. Could this be a belt tension thing?
