Issue printing Hatchbox Wood PLA

Hi I just got my Mini+ and have a roll of Hatchbox Wood PLA I wanted to use.  Ive had stunning results with Prusa galaxy black PLA, and then switching to Hatchbox PLA in the slicing settings, and swapping over to my Wood PLA Spool is giving me results that are less than stellar.  I get clumps and bumps and everything just looks much sloppier compared to how crisp the Prusa PLA printed.  Im no expert on changing settings and like to keep things simple but I would really like to be able to use my Wood PLA.  Are there any guidelines I can find on how to hopefully get a better print with this material?

Any suggestions?

I have found wood filaments very challenging to dial in myself and I have been doing this for years. I would recommend using a temperature town to test it once you have you first layer dialed in.  For me, stringing was hard to avoid.

I find I have to use a larger nozzle for wood filaments or I just get clogs. :/ Maybe higher temperatures would make it more reliable, but I think they change the colour of the filament a little. Maybe I should try a temperature tower too... 😀
