Good Outside External Perimeter. Horrible Inside External Perimeter

I can not figure this one, and it is an issue that has just developed recently in the last two prints. I am printing a two-compartment tray, and one compartment looks ok on the inside, the other awful.

The truly odd thing is the outside external perimeter looks fine.

I can not figure out what is going on here. I have tightened my belts, and I have raised the z offset a bit nothing helps. Please help.

Check your print speeds. There are different settings for those perimeters. However, the default should be perfect. I suspect it to be an issue with your hotend heatcreep and clogging. Is that print in PLA, and if so, does the same issue occur with PETG?

@benji

Yes, I have not changed any of the defaults in PrusaSlicer for speed. Yes, it is PLA. I will have to try PETG and see if that makes a difference.
