Error
I finally got it all back together, new heat block, heat break, PTFE tube, nozzle, heater and thermistor, and added a silicone sock. I followed all the Prusa guides. They at first shipped the wrong wire length heater, but then shipped the right ones. It seems to work.

Good to hear. Did they ship the wrong model of heater?
They shipped the one for the MK3+, same specs, shorter leads. I sent pictures and they shipped the right ones for free.

Sorry to hear that. I too have experience. I am sure it is rare and easy to do when packing a box. It is great that you are so understanding.

Their chat support is pretty effective. I'm more annoyed with DHL to my region ( Arizona, US ). Twice they have had issues, once not holding delivery when I requested, and this last time sending me a notice they had delivered to an alternative site an hour away. They actually delivered to a site close to me.
