Something isn't right here.... :')

Im at a loss for words

Top left is at 0.366

Top Right is at 0.381

Bottom left is 0.516

bottom right is -0.093

HOW can this be SOOO off????

i have had this print for 2 weeks... and this is only recent.

Its on a flat surface and has all 5 of those rubber pads on the base of the printer (4 on the printing area and 1 on the box with the mobo)

What on earth.... what do i do at this point

I'd take a look on whether X is parallel to bed surface. Make sure your XZ part is mounted as perpendicular as possible to Y extrusion, both ways (take some machinist square, loosen those 3 screws a bit, then tighten screws with square tool attached). Adjust further according to this guide: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/xz-axis-skew-correction-mini_158518

@crawlerin

Thanks, so after some further investigation,  i got my square and put it parallel onto the bed, it seems my bed is warped in 2 places, so im looking into using the silicone mod to try level it out within the next 3 weeks

It's crazy how MBL is able to compensate for this, actually. I just tuned my X as well, so am going to take another bed map and sand down washers to do any additional major correction. There is still a big sag in the front left of my bed that MBL can almost fix, but can't..

All things considered this is an easy fix. On my Enders, I had to get a large sheet of glass, glue sandpaper to it and manually grind the beds down to get them proper.
