Random bug, where do I send it?

I was in the middle of a print and decided to access the webpage. I heard the fans get real loud and the print stopped and I saw this.

i have not been able to recreate it.

Normally you'd want to post your info and pic to the Prusa GitHub pages, but I don't see one for Mini firmware yet.

That's some real BSOD.

I also found what I'd consider a bug.  After a print is finished, remove the USB without pressing any buttons.  It'll trigger a pause, with the option to resume the print which has already finished.  Then, later, on re-inserting the USB and starting a print, it's stuck in paused mode until you power cycle.

I found that one too. Lol. Thought it was pretty random but you are the second person.

Another bug: I fired it up this morning where the ambient temperature is about 7C.  On trying to do anything such as running a self test, it immediately declares MINTEMP and shuts down.

Not a bug.  This is by design.  The thermistors are not accurate at these low temps, so anything below 15 degrees causes a "MinTemp" error.

You need to get out a hairdryer to warm up the thermistors a bit.

I’ve never had to do that with any other printer. I don’t think it should declare the temperature sensor bad without at least trying a quick pulse of heat.

@pjr

Sorry peter but i feel this is a bug. I went to teach 3d printing and because the printer was in the car it was too cold. I could not get the printer to work. On the mk3 when the min temp happens, you can reset it and you get a minute to start warming up before min temp kicks in.

the firmware already has an additional safety feature to help the user. If the printer doesn't reach temp in time the printer will shut down again.
