Prusa Mini missing top layer

bootloader: 1.0.0
Lately having problems with top layer missing on prints, but the weird thing is that its not on every print
i can print a set of 4 logos without any issues, and then reprint the same file and have missing top layers
First print - no issues:

Things i have tried:
- Complete hotend replaced
- Extruder stepper motor ( just because i had one )
- Bearings in extruder body
- Plastic parts - all extruder parts
- PTFE tubes in in/out of extruder stepper body
- Extruder driven gear
Any pointers to what i should try now ?
