Prusa mini Bondtech Extruder
Hello, i have just installed the bondtech extruder, the first issue was when i load the filament (pla) it does not reach the nozzle first time i have to purge it 3 times to get it out the nozzle. I added the esteps on the start up gcode as instructed. When i try and do a test it seems to be a clog like its not pushing the filament out or its gripping it to tight. I went back and made sure i used to cable tie to make the gap on the motor gear. I also made sure to turn the thumb screw loose 2 full turns after tightening it right down. The same thing happens when i try to unload the filament i have to get the printer to ram it out like 5 times so in my opinion something is grabbing it too tight?.

If you want to load filament immediately after turning on the printer, you must run the GCODE file from Bondtech (see step 40 and 41). If you turn on the printer and start a print with edited Start-Up GCODE, the loading will also work afterwards. As soon as you switch off the printer and switch it on again, the MINI forgets the settings.
Short addition: With coming firmware 4.3.3 (currently RC), the E-Steps can soon be set permanently. 🙂

Thanks Marcel got it running again i didnt do that because it said in the step before it that it wont work. This was my first modification, now to do the heatbreak so might need your help again 😋 . Thanks for the help again.
