Prints extremely fragile even though they look normal compared to my I3mk3 prints.

New mini,  using multiple filament brand and colors, the printer has two frequent issues.

1. clogging at temps lower than 205

2. extremely fragile prints.

the clogging i can solve by upping the temperature but then i have to deal with stringing but what is weird is that no matter what temperature I print at, my parts are coming out fragile. This is not a big deal for something that exists just as a display but i can't make any tools or replacement parts (side business) on the mini and stand behind their quality. Is anyone else getting excessively brittle parts? Not fragile means snapping at on the z plane and the snap is for parts as thick as a pen snapping with the ease of a wishbone.

thanks in advance for any ideas suggestions.

Sounds like under extrusion.  Are you sure your idler screw is tight enough?  Also, can you post an image of a print?
