Print job not ending properly
About half the time my mine does not end a print job gracefully. It "finishes" the print, parks the head but doesn't shut down the heaters. The screen shows either 99% or 100% complete. The job is clearly finished but it seems like the machine is not processing the final M104/M140 commands. I have confirmed the code is there.
Running the most current firmware but it has done this through three iterations of the firmware.

Downgrade and reupgrade your firmware. I had the same issue. It was a firmware issue that resolved itself.
