PETG not sticking to printbed, but only when printing with gcode, while first layer calibration works fine?

As the title states I'm having a strange issue where my PETG filament stopped sticking to my smooth steelsheet suddenly after several successful(kinda, with heavy oozing and stringing) prints.

What I did was I applied the Overture textured printsheet came with their filament onto my metal sheet, then removed it, and dried my PETG filament in oven at 170F for around 10 hrs,  hoping to stop the stringing and oozing problem.

After that, I redid the first layer calibration which worked fine, then started my print. The plastic just refused to stick to the surface, no matter how I mess with the live Z. This happened to both sides of the steelsheet so I suppose it was not caused by the adhesive layer on the Overture print surface. Also I have cleaned the surface with soap and isopropyl alcohol.

Besides that, my previous prints were done on a hardened steel nozzle which attracted too much filament and started to drip burnt plastic into my prints, so I just switched to a micro swiss plated nozzle, and had no luck since then.

So it seems like I just altered too many variables at once, and now I'm totally lost. Why is it behaving this way? Did I over-dried my filament, if over-drying PETG is a thing? Or am I using the wrong nozzle since micro swiss nozzles are not of E3D V6 specifications? Or did I somehow ruined my steelsheet? And why my live Z calibrations ran just fine, but actual prints would not?

Please advise. Thank you.
