Pei Plate replacement and Adhesion issues

I have been having adhesion issues so I want to try getting a new plate or two. My issue is that as american military in Belgium Europe, I can not order from the Prusa store. They don't ship to PO box and to ship to my belgian address I need a European bank account. Does anyone know a place I can order correct plates from?

I'm leaving soonish to a new base. Not sure I want to get a European credit card. Although it's not a bad idea.

That stinks.  I hope you find a solution.  Shape is a great place.  Thanks for your service.
