New Mini - weird grinding noise from Z axis on movement

I just received a PRUSA mini + last week, and the first week of printing was pretty good.

Suddenly, my mini + has started to make a weird grinding sound in a certain location on the Z axis.

See video attached, any help would would be appreciated.

I think this is nothing to worry about and just the base of the screw thread rubbing against the plastic at the bottom of the printer. You can get rid of it by putting a little bit of silicone grease there.

I spoke with Tech Support yesterday and they advised me to lubricate the rods. I did so, and the noise went away!

@robotgeek

Go figure.  No lubrication causes grinding!  Said it isn't so.

Just kidding around but this is a common problem.
