Mini+ Filiment Sensor is not recognized
During initial setup and calibration, I believe the printer is supposed to ask if the filiment sensor is installed (per Josef's video). Mine does not. I have checked that the installation of the filiment sensor is correct. Any suggestions?

It's been a while since I installed a sensor but I believe it should just work. I think there's also a setting under Settings to turn the sensor on or off.

Have you installed the latest firmware and activated the sensor in the menu?

Thanks for answering. The filiment sensor is turned on. I wonder if the video is just out of date, and setup no longer includes the question about having the filiment sensor or not.

Thanks for answering. The firmware is current, and the filiment sensor is on (so clearly the machine recognizes it). I wonder if the video is just out-of-date and the setup routine no longer asks about the filiment sensor.

My printer checks for missing filament and reacts accordingly on the LCD. Reloading a filament roll that has run out also works perfectly.
I still have installed firmware 4.2.0.
