Still having issue with new MINDA sensor. Now they think it an issue with my Y axis causing issues with my Z axis.

Did you get any updates on this? I just installed my replacement minda and still having the same issue :S

My Minda probe stopped working today after 3 weeks of daily (but not all-day) use. Support is sending a replacement. I sure hope the replacement lasts longer.

They sent me new bearings to be replaced, and that got the unit printing.
Still having lots of issues with quality in the printing, so @john-m30 could go thru it again and completely rebuild it. Here is a link to the video he did the first time to get me up and printing.

RE: Mesh bed leveling going haywire...

Adding myself to the group here as I think I'm also experiencing a damaged MINDA probe.

I get a lot of similar behaviors. During mesh bed leveling, Z-axis lifts twice at all points on the left side, and returns to expected position once returning to the right side. During prints, poor quality on the left side, the probe even collides with the print. During first layer calibration, Z-axis rises when the extruder is on the left side (lead screw rotates ~1.25 revolutions). Flickering of the MINDA probe's LED when shifting the cable around. I also get no consistency in whether the self test passes or fails. Contacted support, but might just order a replacement now to get it sooner.
