How to modify a file thats too big for the mini by 2mm!!!!

Hi All,

I found a fantastic paint pot holder I would love to modify to print on the mini. Its 2mm oversized and scaling it down means the snug fit of the paint pots will be too snug and not advisable. I'm after help finding the right software to (if possible) manipulate the file so that i can move 12 parts 2mm closer to the center so that it brings the diameter under the mini's maximum.

If you look in the attached picture there are 12 paint pot holders sitting on the base ring. I want to slide the paint pot holders up the ring (its on an angle) closer to center which will reduce the diameter.

Is this doable? I have the file in .stl and .stp Just looking for some guidance.

That's going to be a tough print with lots of supports. Any chance you've got a source file (e.g. Fusion 360) that could be modified? It the brackets were were Ed separately and screwed or glued in, you could print with fewer supports and at full size. Don't forget that supports may require a bit of extra space in the bed. Can you provide a link or a zipped project (3MF) file for inspection?

There is the link to the stl and a .Stp is linked in the comments

I was hoping the author used fusion as I'm OK with the basics of fusion.
