Fixed the watchdog error on my mini
The error started after I upgraded the firmware to 4.2.1 and the mini could not recognize my USB drive either (I use octoprint, so I never noticed when that happened). When I chatted with the help desk they sent me a new Buddy board. I installed it and the watchdog issue remained and the USB error went away.
Next conversation and more testing with the help desk ( temp graphs, and voltages to heatbed and nozzle, etc were sent to them) they sent me new thermistors for the heatbed and the hotend. >>> PROBLEM SOLVED<<<.
So for what it's worth, if you're experiencing this watchdog error and are using octoprint, check your temp graph for anything that isn't a straight line - that might help identifying the culprit.
If you're using a USB, I would assume that the logs provide that info as well.
I love my mini and enjoy what the boys are doing with PrusaSlicer, keep up the good work.

If I interpret this correctly, the defective thermistors were the cause for the watchdog error. The USB malfunction could be fixed by replacing the buddy board.
In any case it's nice to see that everything is working again.
