extruder has died on my mini

my extruder has died. changed filaments, was re-printing first layer calibration, there was a popping noise and the screw with the spring under the feed tube to the extruder popped out. I cannot get it to stay screwed in for any length of time now. I can print a little while and then it stops extruding and the screw is popped out again. it's like there are no threads holding it in place.

@tlovern

Login with your Prusa account - select eshop and wait some seconds. A chat wondow will appear on the right bottom. I would recommend to deactivate all your add blocker.

good luck!

resolved! - looks like the screw was not full engaged with the nut in the tension arm. and it pulled out. then the nut wasn't lined up properly and that was preventing me from getting it in completely.

took the screw out, lifted the arm, adjusted the nut, reassembled and I am printing again! the support chat was extremely helpful.
