err:mintemp

I haven’t used my printer in a few days. I turn it on and select something to print and it displays this message. I tried to heat just the nozzle and heatbed separately and it just displays the same message. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@jonathan-koubler

I would recomend  you First to upgrade to higher firmware version, where the mintemp is identified in more detailed  way including link to the corresponding help.prusa.com link.

For, bed check if the red light at the cable connector is flickerring during the print.

Can you share a display photo after you switch the printer on?

The message can indicate shortcutted thermistors or troubles with the heating. What temperatures shows the printer in idle status?

 Btw. What is your ambient room temperature ?

I imagine the problem is not there anymore, but if the printer is in a space that is below 10 Celsius, the printer will display the mintemp error.
