Constant buzzer beep sound when power is on

My MINI+ beeps constantly. It's the buzzer on the back of the LCD module. It starts instantly when I power it on and doesn't stop until I cut the power. Nothing I do in the software, including flashing the firmware, has any effect. I'm thinking it must be a hardware problem, but I have double-checked the cabling.
Any ideas on what could be going on here?

It is that issue from the beginning?
Do you have a new printer still under warranty? it could be a shortcutted end circuit or controller output, which makes the sound continuous.
