Can't load filament

Hi,

Can't get the extruder to grab the filament. I can push it all the way down the tube into the extruder, but when I hit load, it never grabs. Before I unloaded the last filament, it was printing fine however.

Thanks for any help.

Check the tension of the idler on the springed-screw.

I second this. I had a similar issue and adjusting the idler tension fixed it.
