Bed Thermistor Alternative ?
So having had a fault I need to replace my Bed Thermistor but due to the cost of having to pay 3x's the amount in shipping alone for one direct from Prusa, I've been considering a cheaper more local (UK) alternative.
So consider they're standard NTC 3950 100k Thermistors after installing one and replacing the Kapton tape is there anything I would need to check/change when it comes to calibration and firmware.
seen some say it can be resoldered at the broken joint on the wire but unsure if these is possible or not.

side note : When I make a larger order in future I will just order a few of these aswell as other spares from Prusa.

Location does help. No full kits that I could find in the UK. You could try the ones you listed and post back.
