Bed Leveling Fails

Bed leveling has started failing before every print. The nozzle visibly presses into the heatbed when it gets to the back left part of the bed. It's strange, because since this problem started, I did manage to get one print to work, but now it consistently runs into the bed and fails.

Is there documentation somewhere on adjusting the back rear part of the bed? I saw something about this for the older printers, but not for the MINI.

I thought it might also be the MINDA probe, but since it works on the other points, and consistently fails in the same place, I ruled this out.

With the Mini it is important to adjust the Z column well (do not tighten the screws too much). The left side, where the tension pulley is located, will also tend to twist and shifts the height of the nozzle. However, the Mini should be able to compensate the bed surface up to 0.5mm.

I have mounted the bed of my Mini on springs. With this the height can be fine adjusted. Search for terms like spring mod, silicon mod, nylock mod.

Do I really have to disassemble the whole heatbed and do this mod, just to level the bed? There must be a simpler way.

No, you don't have to do that, but - on my Mini the aluminium base plate of the heating bed was bent. I was able to correct this a little bit, but not 100%. For this reason I mounted springs between the base plate and the printing plate. With these springs you can compensate irregularities at least at 9 points. Check the flatness with a ruler.
The rest can only be done by correcting the Z-column, the linear rods and the hotend attitude (Torsion).
