What causes this on my prints.....

Im trying to dial in my printer to give nice finished prints, every time I see a I3 MK3 the prints looks flawless. Am I expecting too much to get the mini to do the same.

Attached are couple of pics, what causes the marks and how to fix. Ive tried everything, all I can say is the result is different if I move it to another part of the print bed. I still see them but on different sides of the prints. Some sides are perfect. For example I could print a simple box it would have marks on one or maybe two side but not ever side.

As you can see on the whistle the top side is perfect its only once it turn the corner the underside is perfect

In Prusaslicer in Print Settings>Layers and Perimeters, at the bottom it says Seam position...you could try setting it to aligned and see if it still looks like that. Sometimes blobs like that can be caused by filament absorbing moisture from the air, but try the seam position stuff first.

That looks like the place where the printer stops one layer and moves to the other.  As mentioned, you can try changing the seam position.  You can also try the setting to have it retract on layer change, as well as wipe, and that might be enough to fix it.
