Unable to unload filament on my Mini+

I just tried to unload the filament on my Mini+.  After getting up to temp, the printer displayed "ramming", and I heard the feeder activate, but the filament didn't move.

I've done this multiple times before without issue.

Suggestions?

Got it fixed.  The filament got jammed up in the extruder, so I had to yank it out on both sides.

Update

The filament is not stuck in the printhead.

I tried another unload right after this pic and the filament still didn't move.

If this happens again, it may be the heatbreak is not pushed into the hotend all the way. This creates a small gap between the PTFE tube in the hotend and the heatbreak which allows the filament to expand a bit and when it hardens, creating a jam. I had this issue a couple times in a row until I readjusted the heatbreak. So far, I haven't had the same issue yet. Just a thought if it happens again.
