Trouble with petg

I'm having a ton of trouble getting petg to work on my Minis.  To start I'm using SuperSlicer and .6mm Micro-Swiss nozzles on both of my Minis.  I've been playing with linear advance and retraction for the most part, but can't get rid of this tearing effect at the beginning of the external layers.  I've tried a couple different dried filament brands and tried the default mini .6mm profile.

Using some Overture clear petg, linear advance seems to make a huge difference in the the perimeter quality.  The left cube is at a lower K value (0.15?) while the right is what it was calibrated to using the LA gcode generator at ~0.38.  That tearing, almost wet effect is apparent across the entire cube, almost in a ghosting pattern.  Even though the lower K creates a better perimeter quality, the corners beg to differ.  They overshoot and over extrude.  The flow has been calibrated and slightly under extrudes to prevent buildup.  Even the slightest increase in K starts to introduce the tearing artifacts.

Does anyone have any insight or a .6mm profile they're willing to share for SS or PS?

PETG is finicky.  Are you sure that is not the seam?

Here is a better picture, as you can see, it's not just the z seam.  It shows on every face, right after a turn.
