first layer Z-height adjustment - what are the increments?

So when I change Z-height from "-1.61" to "-1.51" did I just move it away from the bed "0.10" mm (100 micron)?

I want to be able to calculate the setting based on the thickness of my work sheet.

More negative is lower.
