Where did the live support on the e-shop go?
Was the live chat on the e-shop (bottom right corner) removed or is it just not displaying for me?
It was (/ is ?) one of the best live supports I know.

Are you logged in using the account you used to purchase the printer? Also be aware that ad blockers (e.g. pihole) can cause problems with chat and other functionality.

Thanks! I deinstalled some addons (in firefox); now it works.
