How can I download pursacontrol, the link for pursacontrol opens the webpage for pursaslicer, kindly help me in this regards.

It was in fact discontinued for future implementation into Prusa Slicer. I am not sure what features or when but that was commented on elsewhere in the forum/blog. USB direct connect was not slated to be added to Prusa Slicer AFAIK.
