Printer Issue, Looking for Help

Hi all, I have  Tevo Tornado running Marlin, and had a problem pop up.

A print came out shrunken in the z-axis by quite a bit. The issue persisted after re-slicing the model and trying again. When using the LCD controls to move the z-axis, it is accurate to within 0.1mm.

Any ideas what this could be? I'll be printing a calibration cube when I get home today to test this again. I can also upload the gcode of the print, but I checked through that as well and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

RE: Printer Issue, Looking for Help

Most of us here are using Prusa printers, so specifics will vary. The obvious question is what slicer and settings you're using. If using PrusaSlicer, zip up a project (.3MF) file with your part and settings and someone may be able to give it a look. If you're slicing with Cura, give PrusaSlicer a try. If you've printed other parts without this issue, look for what's different. Did you use a different slicer? Settings profile? Do the slicing results look good in preview mode in the slicer? Does anything print properly, including parts sliced by others? Did you print the little cat that comes on the card (if that's the one)? The more info you give us here, the more we'll be able to try to help.

@bobstro

Using cura, beforehand other things were printing fine, I took apart to control box to do some modeling of it and after putting it back together I get this. I didn't do anything different when setting it up, slicing results looked fine, and I haven't gotten a chance to print something else yet.
