Printed Manuals and Reference guides No Longer available with kits

I just received my i3 MK3s kit and noticed the manual, the reference guide, the stickers, and the power chord were not in the box.  I went to the Prusa chat to try to get the missing parts and I was surprised to learn that they no longer ship the paper manual and reference guide.  Is this true?  Has this been everyone else's experience?

Those books are super important to me as it's a lot easier for me to reference a book than it is to follow a pdf or webpage.  Even the much cheaper 3D printer I just ditched had a paper manual.  It's a shame I'm going to have to print all the documents if this is true since all I have is a B/W laser printer which is horrible for color images.

I should also add that the live chat person said that this has been the case for a couple of months.  I'm a little confused as this recent package is a replacement for a package that was damaged during shipping a couple of weeks ago.  The damaged box had the printed documents in it.  Just seems like something isn't right.

I got my kit on 17th March, and got all documentation included.

Maybe it is a recent change.

Tank you very much!

@j3dprints

Hello

I double checked with the support department. Currently the MINI+ KIT VERSION does not have the manual, as right now there is delays with printed material and the pandemic. We also looked to see if we could track your conversation so we could see what was said and how we can correct it as all but the MINI+ kits come with the instructions. It could be a packing error that we can take care of for you.

If you could please send an email to [email protected] (that will go to the support department) from the same email address that is for your prusa account, please include your order number in that email and let them know the manual was not included. I already spoke to support and they will investigate once they get your email with that info.

I apologize for this issue ad we will get you sorted.

Thanks.
Shane

I agree that a paper manual is more reliable than an e-book.
