PLA better then PETG?
i got this PETG a month ago or so had some oozing and string changed the temp(240) and extrude rate(0.9) to get some normal prints and printed some parts with it, seem to be ok so far
but then i decided to print some of the same parts with my Gray PLA Prusamint i got with my Printer, printed flawlessly then i decided to test the strength of the PETG vs PLA and the PETG snapped so much more easier then PLA(did not snap even with more force) not sure what is going on?
i was hearing popping noises but almost all of them have stopped a while go since i started printing more not sure if the PETG still has water in it even though pop rate is way down. I was not expecting a great results from this PETG given its price, reviews were ok on it but i did kinda expected to get a little better quality/strength then PLA.
Am i messing some thing about this PETG, Setting issue or maby hydroponics?
has an one had any experience with this PETG?
i am thinking of getting Matterhaker PETG or HatchBox PETG next, what filament brand have you guys tried that works any good on prusa/other printers?
i would like to get prusamint petg but not always available on amazon and its 50$ just for shipping to the states to get it from EU.

I don't trust the really cheap stuff. Never know what's been added, and consistency is poor. Stick to the better known brands and you should get consistent results.

When the PETG Filament is popping while is printing, then the nozzle is set too hot. Big parts still don´t have this problem so fast, because the fan cool´s the part way down and the nozzle drives much longer ways, but small parts save the heat just better and then it´s too hot so you hear the popping Sound.

While PLA is typically stronger than PETG what you describe sounds odd. When you have popping noises you either print way to hot or have humidity in your filament. The latter can be dealt with by drying your filament.
Humidity also has it's role in stringing. Reducing the extrusion multiplier to 0,9 seems extreme. That may well have lead to serious underextrusion which further weakens your parts.
Altogether it is not too suprising that your parts are weak. Maybe try it again with dried out filament with an extrusion multiplier closer to 1. A bit of stringing is not uncommon with PETG.

Check that you didn't accidentally do what I did once. I forgot to change Plicer from PLA filament properties to PETG properties. I was getting terrible bed adhesion, part strength, and the occasional jam. Once I chose the proper filament in Plicer I got a good print. -face palm-

then out of curiosity, if there is humidity in petg would it make a popping noise all the times or would it only pop some of the times even with humidity?
Also for the most part the extruded plastic goes straight down, only some times curles up and sticks to nozzle.
the filament is in my basement it is colder temperatures there I do keep it in a bag though but when I'm printing it just stays out I don't have an enclosure built for it yet.

That depends of the level of humidity. The higher the humidity in your filament, the more frequent the popping noises.
If the filament curls back up that may be a sign of a partial clog. Try a cold pull procedure to check if there is anything stuck in the nozzle.

If you have issues with one spool but it works with another, then just throw the one which is not working away. I've learned it hard way. Trying to make a bad spool to print, had jams, clogs, uneven prints. At the end I had to replace PTFE tube and the nozzle. Spent a lot of time and money.
Now I'm following a simple rule, if I get a bad spool, I'll try to replace it from the manufacturer (some are doing that). If that isn't possible, I switch the brand/manufacturer.
